Rising singer-songwriter Mafalda's online blueprint only extends as far as a scarcely used Twitter account (her seventeen tweets betray a love of Brighton band The Kooks) and an Instagram which puts her right on the pulse at New York's ultra-diverse music venues, but that's absolutely fine, because her new track 'Don't Let Go' positively brims with personality. The second song she's uploaded to her SoundCloud, 'Don't Let Go' unfurls majestically in a shower of sparkling synthesizers and joyous percussion after a relatively low-key intro, Mafalda's burnished vocals brimming with maturity beyond her years.
